Witness Justin is reporting hearing vocalizations in North Bay, Ontario. He stated that the creature howling, he calls ‘Sabe’, sounded sad. He stated that there were recent major developments for clearing trees for a new road. The witness spoke about it to his family and states that he had heard this type of sound before.
He had previously found a long black hair on his friend’s car on the driveway. His mom also saw huge footprint in her neighbour’s yard, while raking leaves the week before the vocalizations report.
RMSO stated that the howls could have sounded like a lone wolf, however the howl is very loud and drowns out the sound of nearby dogs barking.
